Luminas brings together the expertise of our founding shareholders, Mr. Kwee Liong Tek and Mr. Fan Min , who have strong backgrounds in Real Estate, Hospitality, Consumer, Technology, and Entrepreneurship. Our Management Team consists of seasoned professionals with broad financial expertise gained globally and across multiple asset classes. Sen Sui
CEO / Executive Director
  • With over 20 years of experience in wealth and investment management across Switzerland, Hong Kong, and Singapore, Sen joined Luminas Financial as CEO. Previously, he held senior roles at HSBC Global Private Banking and was Managing Director at Lombard Odier in Singapore. He also served as Chief Executive of Credit Agricole Indosuez Singapore and led its wealth management business in Asia. Sen started his career in finance with Credit Agricole in Geneva Switzerland, responsible for advising clients on investment. He was Head of Markets & Investment Solutions in Asia, advising ultra-high net worth clients on global investment, private equity and managing discretionary Asia equity mandates.
  • Before entering finance, Sen worked at Oracle in California USA and IBM in Hong Kong.
  • He studied in the USA, Switzerland, and Hong Kong, holding master’s degrees in Banking and Finance as well as Computer Science with a focus on machine learning in financial markets, following a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science.
Serena Choo
Executive Director
  • Co-Founder of Luminas Financial Pte Ltd, a fund management company regulated by the Monetary Authority of Singapore.
  • Began her career as an auditor at Ernst & Young in London, then transitioned to investment roles, accumulating over 24 years of experience across UBS, Citibank, and Goldman Sachs in London, Hong Kong, and Singapore. She serves on the Finance and Investment Committee of Sentosa Development Corporation and has held leadership roles at MINDS, including former Vice Chairman and current Audit Committee member.
  • Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales.
Cheryl Seow
Managing Partner
  • Started her 20 years journey as Group CFO with ARA Asset Management Limited, a real assets fund manager that is now part of larger ESR Group, following its acquisition in 2021.
  • Prior to joining ARA, held senior finance positions at various companies listed on the Singapore Exchange; L.C. Development Ltd, Royal Sporting House and Lum Chang Holdings Limited.
  • Commenced her professional journey at Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu in 1988
  • Chartered Accountant with the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants.
